Ok Seems to be working with the newest release. However horizontal sroll bar does not work as corrected when setting "SetHorizontalExtent".. there are redraw issues when scrolling. It would be nice if the control handles horizontal scroll automatically and all. Cool, I have to purchase the upgrade in order to get that release... but it will be worth all of the new Vista changes.

I have fixed it in my source, if you wish to save some time.

There seems to be a bug with CXTCheckListBox when the control is disabled it does not paint the background correctly. Background on list items are white while background of the rest of the control are grey. (Obviously colors depend on windows settings).
