Yet again, the examples have what I'm looking for...  I guess I just need to compile all of them and run them one at a time until I see what I'm looking for :)

Is it possible to add a combo box to the toolbar, similar to the visual studio 2005 ide just above the toolbar buttons?  If not, what's the best way to add a drop-down inside of a resizable docking toolbox?  Should I make a dialog that contains both controls, or is there another easier way?
