Hello,
you can't. this is standard Scroolbar and system draws it - not codejock controls.

Actually I dont want to use manifest file.
I want to use OpenthemData Method.
How Can I do ?

I sure it is manifest problem. You have to add it for your application. I don't see this problem in our sample.

 I am using XTPTabCtrl. I added the property to display thehorizontal bar to the tab control. But the horizontal bar theme andvertical scroll bar theme are different to the tab control. How can Imake the horizontal bar theme like vertical bar theme without using themanifest.xml
