I sure problem is same as your previous. You just forgot to add toolkit resources.
 
I guess you build application with static versrion of toolkit. in this case you have manually add resource to your rc file:
 
add in res\app.rc file line:
#include "XTToolkitPro.rc"

I have another doubts. If I am trying to move the mouse to the border of control bar  to resize the control bar,  the mouse cursor become invisible.
