Its someway resolved.
Mouse cursor become invisible during control bar Resize
I have another doubts. If I am trying to move the mouse to the border of control bar  to resize the control bar,  the mouse cursor become invisible.

Need more details. What controlbar. what crash you see - assert message or global. if assert, show call stack. etc
