The MFC version (for REAL programmers ) is:

CXTPCustomizeCommandsPage* pCommands = dlg.GetCommandsPage();

pCommands->AddToolbarCategory("Mainframe",IDR_MAINFRAME);

// repeat for every toolbar....

I hope this is an easy question, but how can I add ALL the toolbar buttons to the customize box?  I also would like to do it for menus, so that the user could create his own menu based on toolbar options.  Is that even possible?  DevStudio can do it.
