Again 

In a Dialog I have a CXTPCommandBar with tooltips enabled. I would like to supply the text dynamically - similar to using:

    ON_NOTIFY_EX_RANGE(TTN_NEEDTEXTA, 0, 0xFFFF, OnToolTipText)
    ON_NOTIFY_EX_RANGE(TTN_NEEDTEXTW, 0, 0xFFFF, OnToolTipText)


Not essential but would be very nice.

Also - can I set the ICON used in ballon-style tooptips?
