Does anyone know how to build a MDI application based on workspaces?  Below is a screen shot of what I am talking about.

Workspace 1 has 2 windows residing inside it and workspace 2 has 2 other windows residing it. Each workspace acts as a MainFrame with child windows that can be tiled,cascaded etc...

I have looked far and wide for a solution.  If anyone can point me in the right direction I will be extremely grateful...thanks eric
