That will get rid of the QuickAccess control completely, not just the customize button. The Ribbon itself is not user customizeable and is not intended to be. One of the design goals of the Ribbon is that the user interface is constitent over the whole lifetime of the application.
 
Only the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) and the Quick Customize Menu is user customizeable.

Will the ribbon bar be customizable (using the same mechanism as with commandbars) in future releases of ToolkitPro? If so (would be very appreciated), when will it be?
