yes, it was in 10.3 and fixed in 10.3.1

hmm. In the tabcontrol sample program (vb6) when I change the itemcount from 5 to 4 -- it doesn't change.  Then when I close and open the form -- I get a system error.  Once a tabcontrol is in use -- how can I change the number of tabs to a lower number without it erroring.
