I can't understand why it is problem
 
Shortcutbar.Icons.LoadIcon to load from file
Shortcutbar.Icons.AddIcon to load from handle

I am having trouble trying to put icons to the Shortcutbar ActiveX. I would like to do the following: To add Shortcutbar items one by one and at the same time to add the associated 16x16 and 24x24 icons, without using and ImageList control. Do you have a sample showing how to achieve that?

Please explain me how to use the ImageManagerIcons Object. Does any one has samples for the usage of this object? How is the IconHandle Property used? Is it possible to load icons directly from a StdPicture object or from a raw binary data stream?
