:( again bug of 10.3... definitely we will release some 10.3.1.

Workaround now specify ini file in LoadSkin:

LoadSkin fails if the style (or the exe if statically linked) is on a network drive.
 
LoadSkin (_T("\\mycomputer\myapp\Office2007.cjstyles")); fails!
 
If the full path is not given and you start the app on a network drive LoadSkin fails as well.
