We have been using the tab control in versions 9.8, 10.0, 10.1 and 10.2 and have been very happy with the results. With 10.3 the behaviour of the Tab Control seems to have changed significantly.

There have been no other changes to our S/W other than upgrading the control to 10.3.  All of our S/W with the 10.3 Tab Control seems to be performing erratically.
 
Specifically the Children of each new TabControlItem seem to appear and vanish randomly when selecting the TagControlItem. It is very odd and unpredictable behaviuor.
 
Has anyone else had any issues with the newTabControl?
