It was bug of 10.2 release. Fixed for 10.3.

Commands like this ...
 
CXTPMDIFrame::MDITile( MDITILE_VERTICAL  )
 
No longer works.
 
Is there any reason for this behaviour ?
 
You can reproduce the problem with SkinMDISample .
