Hi,

I was wondering how can you make an indexed DockingPane Manager?
In the properties of the Docking Pane Manager has the setting to create an index. I'm also wondering if indexing a Docking Pane Manager goes hand in hand with setting the dockingpanemanager.AttachToWindow method which places the docking panes inside a container such as a picture box.
