I understand that Office 2007 beta may not support XP themes. 
 
However, your update 10.2 is not beta.  Without support for the XP themes, the control is almost unusable with the Ribbon Theme.

it is not bug. It is same as in Office. Check last Office beta.

Hi!
 
In 10.2 you have the new Ribbon theme.  However, it looks like the theme does not pick up the current XP theme colors.
 
Is this a bug?
