I've tried to incorporate the Docking Panes files into the DLL that I an compiling the base Toolkit library into. I'm getting a link error as below:

error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "private: static class CXTPDockingPaneManager CXTPDockingPaneManager::s_managerInstance"

Is there anything that I need to declare, or change, to get this to work, or do I need to go back to linking in the Docking Pane library statically into my application?
