Is there a way to remove the drop down customisation buttons on the toolbars?

Command Bars doesn't have customization now. It's is possible?  in all demo project i can't customize de command bars.

I was using Xtreeme Toolkit and it is possible, i migrate to use xtreeme toolbars but right now i miss this feature.

I see the "Add remove buttons" enable but the options are always disabled. How can i enable this feature?
