I wanted the thing about the split menu button for a while and even posted a message about it.

So far, these are the improvements I've seen:

  • SplitButtonPopup CommandBar buttons can now be displayed with both caption and image
  • The icon of an MDI child window can now be displayed in the main menu when the child is maximized
  • Product Activation is now required

If you have an active maintenance contract, I'd say go ahead and get the update.  It's always better to be running the most recent version since it likely resolves some minor bugs that may not have been listed in the release notes.

so there is a new minor update. Is this a set of bug fixes? please indicate if it is worth downloading. Whats new?
