Not sure I am reporting these in the correct place, but I have found what I think is a minor bug in the ReportControl.BorderStyle = xtpBorderFlat when used with SkinFramework.

I think the border color should change to match the border color of all the other controls, text, combo and so on. Right now the with this setting the border is always black when you load any skin. I know the other BorderStyle properties the color changes, but they do not provide the look I need. 

I have also found that after loading a new skin you must call the ReportControl.Redraw method to get the header to update to the new style.  You can also click on the ReportControl too.
