Thanks SuperMario,

That's helpfull for an overview, but I'm more interested in the specifics like which themes allow the active windows title bar to be a different color, where each theme gets it's colors from etc.

Is there anywhere that gives a better description of what each theme changes and what it looks like, etc?  Do some of the themes have 'hardcoded' colors or are all of them configurable based on the users windows display settings?  I noticed some themes allow the active windows title bar to be highlighted but others do not, how can I find out which ones do? etc.

This table in the help file, isn't really very helpful:
