You can save to xml fiel instead of Regisitry... See DoPropExchange method.

Hello,

this folder created to save CommandBars customization if its size will more than 16000 byte (restriction of win98)

You can call SetCustomizationDataFileName and specify location of such customization file.

When saving a commandbar's state with 'SaveCommandBars' to registry, anew empty folder appears at c:\program files\user\program data.
