I just tried upgrading to 9.81 and received the following link error:</P><P>fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'CommandBars981vc71D.lib'<BR></P><P>In the install, I selected a commandbars static library that is linked to MFC as a DLL. The two files it generated for me in \vc71\lib are CommandBars981vc71DSD.lib and CommandBars981vc71DS.lib. A 'CommandBars981vc71D.lib' was not created.</P><P>Any ideas?</P><P>Thanks, Craig</P>]]>

I have no problem with your bitmap/disabled icons. Guess problem that you have quite old version (9.70?) </P><P>I can suggest </P><P>1. Upgrade your sources</P><P>or</P><P>2. Manually create disabled icons&nbsp;bitmap and load it using </P><P>XTPImageManager()-&gt;SetIcons(..., xtpImageDisabled);</P>]]>

They display properly when enabled, but when their buttons are disabled, the images are not grayed. The images still appear enabled. I noticed that reducing the images back to 24-bit (without Alpha) solved the problem, but I would like to use the full Alpha images if possible.
