Hi,

I tried to contact CodeJock support many times about an issue. Noone replied and the support page still says my issue is still not assigned to anybody at the support dept. I lost too much time waiting for an answer so I'm writing here..

I need to change the machine I use the CommandBars activeX. I use version 9.70. I tried to install the activex on this machine but could not retrieve a new licence key with the new machine code. The page says "Action canceled". So I sent many messages to support but got nothing.

How do I use/install my licenced activex on a new machine?
