I would like to second this feature request :)

I find those types of interfaces a lot more intuitive to use.... See Opera & Eclipse vs. Firefox and Visual Studio.

This would be a great addition to the suite IMO. Thanks!

Is it possible to have the close option for a tab item on the tab item header?  Instead of having the user looking to the very right of the tab control to press the "X" to close a tab control item, we are wanting to put the "X" next to the tab control item caption.

If this isn't possible, has it been requested before?
