No, it is not bug, it is FAQ :).

Guess you build with ToolkitPro statically and need to add resources to rc2 file

add this line:

#include <XTToolkitPro.rc>

As shown in the pivture below,the text of the Customize button is gone, and when click the button, an OUT OF MEMORY exception is araised.
