Author: morbidel
Subject: 3257
Posted: 22 November 2005 at 9:58am

Hello, I'm a newbie in using the CodeJock. I'm now working to implement the CJ onto an old style application.
The toolbar conversion was quite easy (still, why does the CJ toolbar hasn't the old toolbar parameters? Height for example)
The panel from status bar also. The old code used a lot the Leftproperty, while the new one does not, so I have to sum the widths...
The measuring also isn't in the VB unit (however is that called), butin pixels, so to be compatible I have to do some transformations.
My next step is to implement some docking panels so that they looktransparent when floating and opaque when docked (the target for thosepanels is that they will look like in Paint .NET, transparent whenfloating and no mouse over, and opaque otherwise). I found somefunctions from user32 library that sets the opacity of a form (in fact, the handle has to be provided)

If there is a simple way to implement this, feel free to share it
Thanks
