If I turn off the menubar gripper like this:
    pMenuBar->ModifyBarStyle(CBRS_GRIPPER,0);

then the menu starts drawing too far to the right and it looks like thegripper is hidden but still taking up space.  What is the rightway to adjust the left offset.

Same thing for toolbars.
