I have a fairly complex app that I am trying to use two CXTPReportControls in.  The basic structure of the app is such that each report control lives inside a separate container window, with both container windows living inside a CView-derived window.  When I instantiate either report control without the other, everything works fine.  When I try to instantiate both controls, the app fails with a CMyView->CreateObject() failure.  It looks like the second report control isn't able to be allocated.  The usual suspects (out of memory, DECLARE_DYNAMIC/IMPLEMENT_DYNAMIC included in all containing, etc) all check out.  This happens even if the report controls do nothing, not even get Create()'ed.

Any ideas?
