In 8.60 this option was "No" by default. Please try to switch it again to "No".

I am very sure that it is using codejock 8.6.There is a codejock CXTPDocking Pane object inside my own control ABCControl(this class might have inherited from some codejock classes). The settitle(..) for this codejock CXTPDocking Pane object is called inside my vInitializeGantt function.

Are you sure it is from Codejock? In previous log I see:

SM_Devel error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "__declspec(dllimport) public: void __thiscall CXTPDockingPane::SetTitle(unsigned short const *)" (__imp_?SetTitle@CXTPDockingPane@@QAEXPBG@Z) referenced in function "protected: void __thiscall ABCControl::vInitializeGantt(void)" (?vInitializeGantt@ABCControl@@IAEXXZ)

 

but we have no ABCControl...

Change option in your project: Options->C/C++->Language/Trat w_char as built-in type = Yes.

I have just downloaded the trial version of Xtreme Codejock Toolkit pro 30 day eval copy and is able to compile the sample projects but I get the following error when trying to compile a VS MFC project that I have.

During compiling there was the message automatically linking with XXXeval.dll then during linking give the following errors

I have included the C:\......\CodeJock Software\XTreme.....\lib\vc71 in the library path

and under additional libraries have added XTP9700evallibd.lib.

Why is it it can't find the CXTPDockingPane::SetTitle in the library files??

The project I am compiling is a dll and not an executable as in the sample.

I think this was previously compiled used with Xtreme Toolkit 8.6 but I am using the trial ver 9.7 30 day version. 

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
