I have an app where I have mulitple panes attached to one another (producing a tab for each pane).  One of those panes is a form that has nothing but a web browser control.  The problem is the html we have inside this web page, catchs the "onkeyup" event of the input.  We only get one occurence of this event firing.  Every other key press, nothing happens.

I have attached a simple (test) vb 6.0 project that displays what I am talking about.
