I have 3 panes, which appear in the top, middle, and bottom of myapp.  I use SetMinTrackSize() and SetMaxTrackSize() to fix thewidth/height of the middle pane.

However, there is now no splitter available to expand the top frame...

What I would like to do is be able to grab the top pane and expand itdown into the bottom pane... pushing the fixed size middle pane as itgoes.  But it seems this is not possible(?).  Do I need toadd a new window splitter or something like that?
