I am in the middle of converting an application from using xtremetoolkit standard to xtremetoolkit pro.

I'm currently trying to figure out how to do what I did in standard in pro.

My current problem is that I used to insert a Combobox into the toolbaron my main window. Now it seems there is no InsertControl() and otherfunctions I used in the CXTPToolBar.

Functions I used that do not seem to be present anymore:
CommandToIndex()
InsertControl()

What should I be using if I want to modify the existing toolbar to include a combobox?
