    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://forum.codejock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=374">ddlittle</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2454<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26 July 2005 at 2:30pm<br /><br /><P>This is one of those questions that's best answered by building the many, many samples that came with your toolkit.&nbsp; Basically, though, it boils down to adding a handler for the pane notify messages, like this:</P><P>&nbsp;ON_MESSAGE(XTPWM_DOCKINGPANE_NOTIFY, OnDockingPaneNotify)</P><P>Search for that code in the samples and you'll see a lot of examples you can cut/copy/paste from.&nbsp; Oh, create the list control the same way you would normally create it, and make sure that the variable you assign it to stays in scope for the life of the pane it's attached to.</P>]]>
