We want to explore using skins in our app. I have code that lets a user browse to a .cjstyles file or .msstyles file and pick a theme.

Now we want to modify a theme. But I can't find any user guide or documentation on how to use SkinBuilder. I have managed to modify a few controls like buttons and change window caption colors. But how do we do more involved changes?

For example, how do we modify the background color of a window or dialog using SkinBuilder?

Alternatively, is there some other tool available to create a theme? I find hundreds of them in the Microsoft App Store with extensive changes to all sorts of Windows controls and windows.

I think the key is in the "add property" UI. But what are the valid properties to add seems to be the question.
