I would like the ability to draw the ribbon caption with a left-to-right gradient. CJ supports gradients in a number of places such as the task panel and we would like the same ability for the ribbon caption area.

I have tracked down the code for Office2013/2016 ribbon paint manager. I only see the ability to draw the color specified in the corresponding INI file. I see a virtual method but it doesn't help us as the paint construction manager is well "hidden" from the code one uses to set the command bars theme.
