We still use the Black Office color theme circa 2010. We also use more recent Office themes (2016). The more recent themes support a menu separator. But, it doesn't draw when using the Black theme (drawn by CXTPRibbonBackstageViewThemeResource). Code in that paint manager checks for separators when measuring/drawing and skips the separator.

I don't recall MS Office from back then. But, CJ added the backstage (I believe) when CJ added support for Office 2013 color themes. Why skip the sep for Office 2010 (2007) Black?

Is this a bug? Our product planners would like CJ to consider fixing this.
