Toolkit Pro 18.4.0
VS 2017 express


During Toolkit Pro deployment process i get:

Please make sure that a supported PlatformToolset value is selected. [d:\usr\XTREME~1\184~1.0\WORKSP~1\TOOLKI~1\TOOLKI~3.VCX]

VS 2017 Community - version info: 15.7.5,
In the VS Platform Toolset is: visual studio 2017 (v141).

Is this a bug or some VS 2017 components are missing?
