This is what it does do.  Maybe you can post small sample that illustrates issue?

It's not possible to use the tab-key for focusing the next control in the application. When pressing tab while the TaskPanel has focus, the focus remains in the taskpanel.

Maybe the tab-key should be used to iterate through the TaskPanel, and when the end has been reached it gives focus to the next control?

Keyboard-navigation is really important for some application, including the application we're working on. Will this issue be resolved in the future?
