I noticed today that release 18.3 was recently released so I decided to try to get it to work on our vc6 setup that had been working without problems on releases 16.4 and 17.3

On the first try it failed as it had a couple of months ago with the message "Error locating installation project files, aborting".

So I decided to try it with the deploy.exe from the 16.4 version and guess what, it worked.

So why does the deploy.exe that comes with version 18.3 fail?

If I can get a list of things that cause the 18.3 Deploy Wizard to display the message "Error locating installation project files, aborting." it will help me locate what is wrong with my setup.
