I have a simple project with a ribbonbar and two groups.

Every group has some commandbarcontrols (simple standard button).

The captions of the commandbarcontrols have different length.

The commandbarcontrols are alligned in columns inside the groups and the columns have the width of the longest tool in the column.

The commandbarcontrols automatically adjust width looking at caption length.

This way in the same column i have button with different width, some are short, others are long.

How can i have the same size for all alligned button inside a ribbon column ? Is there some property to have all the button stretched to the width of the ribbon column ?
