Hello umair,

This is interesting question...
The simplest way is using Merged Cells. However outside borders will be still drawn so you can try to play with CXTPReportControl::DrawRows()
see code around line
drawArgs.pRow->DrawItemGrid(pDC, drawArgs.pColumn, rcGrid);

Try comment this line and recompile library.
