Dear CodeJock Team,

Having some questions, I first tried the forums, but after 4-5 days nobody replied.

No problem, I started 2 support issues at June 3.
At June 6, still no reply, nothing, ZIP nada

Send an Email to support on June 7, asked what the problem was.
Result: My comment was added to one of the issues who nobody seems to read.

One day later, still no reply, nothing. Nada. Zippo. Njente.

I mean, your products ar state of the art, but the support?
