The latest 18.0.1 has a new module named vswhere that is normally used to locate Microsoft Visual Studio. I believe it is failing to detect my Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 on Windows 10. I believe this is what is causing the Deploy wizard to abort immediately when started.
