When a pane is docked, and then you click on it, it expands. 

In *some* environments, it re-docks before you can do anything, and before it can be pinned.  It doesn't happen consistently, only on some specific computers. 

Is there a way to "pin" it programmatically after the PaneActionExpanded action, to ensure it stays open?  Is there some other fix?
