I had to rebuild a new drive and must reinstall Visual Studio and Toolkit Pro. I installed VS2015 and TKP 17.3, unzipped TKP and started the deployment for VS 2015. It immediately crashes with the message below. There is no "Tools/Add-in Manager" in VS2015. How do I install TKP?
