I see that Kirk Stowell's post on 23rd August has been edited to read "We are looking to release v17.3 maintenance release by September / October", so don't hold your breath for this week!

It would be helpful to know which bugs were being fixed, but no word on that yet.

We're in the last iteration of a product and there are several bugs in 17.2 that is fixed in 17.3. So we would really want to update to 17.3, but in worst case we need to fix them in 17.2 code and recompile that.

So that's why the question: will it be release this week (our last chance to update before release) or should we spend the week fixing bugs in 17.2 ourselves? (You said it should be release week 2 or 3 of September, now it's week 4).
