Yes, you can create VB6 IDE -like application with using SuitePro  library from Codejock.
xtpThemeVisualStudio6 theme.

Also you can write such application with using C++ and ToolkitPro library.

I swear years ago I saw an IDE that looked like the VB6 IDE (visual studio 6 ide).  If I am not crazy and if anyone can help me I would appreciate it.  (Didja ever try to look for code that creates a VB6 IDE on google or any other engine, I don't think it can be done)

Anyhow, without getting into detail I need to write a VB6 IDE look a like in VB.  Please help!
