I was able to manually build 16.4 for 2015 but had to change a directive somewhere that referred to OS version.  It compiled and worked fine afterwards.

My last version of Toolkit Pro is 16.4, and I just attempted to install it to work with Visual Studio 2015. Understandably, there are no VS 2015 projects included, but when I got to the deployment wizard I found that I couldn't select VS 2015 as a target. The file it's looking for, vcvars32.bat isn't included in VS 2015, and it doesn't like the format of vcvarsall.bat.

So, is it possible to install 16.4 manually, that is, compile the libraries and add them to VS 2015 myself? Or is this not possible or too much trouble?
