Sergey told me that this function:

CXTPCalendarData::GetEvent(DWORD dwEventID)

is protected in RC1 but public in RC2.

So the solution is to change it from protected to public

Hi all,

does anybody know how to get a pointer to a calendar event when you are handling the XTP_NC_CALENDAREVENTWASCHANGED event?

I know wParam holds the EventID but that's not enough (or is it?).

I tried using the data provider to call GetEvent but this is a protected member function so that's a dead end.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
